BELOW YOU'LL SEE HOW I STARTED WRITING MYSTERIES & LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT THEM.

A prior freelancer for the Daily Herald newspaper, Morgan

then branched out into fiction where contrary to real life the outcome of events can be controlled.

Morgan's first published book was Two Wrongs, a mystery

told from the hero's and villain's points of view.

Since her first mystery, Morgan has been busy writing according to her mood. Her repertoire contains  thrillers, science fiction, romantic suspense, contemporary romances, and even a book on the dogs adopted by her and her husband. Her dogs are all featured in a non-fiction book called Our Fur Babies

Below are samples of her mysteries. To find all of them, along with her other books, including the non-fiction one about her dogs, click:

TWO WRONGS

A thriller, with romantic elements, set in Chicago, when Marshall Field's wasn't Macy's, & Chicago basketball was king. Included are references to Chicago locales - Chase Park, Our Lady of Lourdes Church, DePaul University, & more.

After suffering the devastating loss of her parents, Rina returns home to confront the man who'd broken her heart. Danger awaits her when she plots revenge. She has no idea the man she defies is not the man she once loved.

One twin will try anything, even kill, to get the woman and the multi-million dollar company his brother owns.  The other twin awakens from a coma only to find his identity has been stolen.

KILLER CAREER

Julie McGuire wants out as a lawyer. She's attracted to Tyler, a sexy, NY Times bestselling author, who's as much a mystery as his books.

Standing in her way is Dade, Julie's best friend and law partner, who refuses to watch her tear apart what they've worked so hard to attain.

He can't understand why she'd rather write than practice law. To make matters worse, the people around Julie start dying, making her wonder if her passion for writing might be the death of her.
